Chef Eric Frechon will be offering lovers an unforgettable and very flavoursome menu, thus giving them the opportunity to enjoy such heavenly dishes as "Blue Lobster roasted in its shell, roasted chestnuts, sautéed celeriac and jus of pressed heads" or "‘Passion’ chocolate, Manjari cream with cocoa nibs, and exotic sorbet infused with spices", a dessert concocted by Head Pastry Chef Laurent Jeannin.
To round off this magic moment, Le Bristol and Tiffany & Co. will join together to offer a delightful piece of jewellery to the lucky winner of the lottery held during the evening.
