The fourth annual INTERPA Conference (International Association of Police Academies) hosted two sessions to discuss eight specialized papers regarding topics related to elevating training systems and skill development. The conference, which is organized by the Police College as representatives of the Ministry of Interior, is being held at the Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel.
The first session, where participants discussed four of the papers, was chaired by Justin Choy from South Korea. Zaher Sabah, director of the Palestine College for Police Sciences (PCPS) in Palestine, presented the first paper about the Palestinian experience in leadership, management, and community police. Joseph Mogory, from Dar es Salaam Police Academy in Tanzania, presented the second paper that discussed promoting police professionalism by training the Tanzanian community police. Major Dr. Mansour Nasser Al Razzuqi, from the Virtual Application Development Center at Dubai Police, presented the third paper entitled “Virtual Training in Dubai Police”. Captain Tareq Juma Al Junaibi, from the Community Police Department at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, presented the fourth paper that discussed the topic of “Community Police: Elevating the levels of security in Abu Dhabi through problem solving”.
The second session, which discussed the remaining four papers, was chaired by Dr. Fahad Ahmed Al-Shalan from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS). HE Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Academy of Police (RAP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain, presented the fifth paper entitled, “Enabling Crime Management and Efficient Police Commands”. First Lieutenant Expert Ghaida’ Ali Abdullah from the Forensic and Cyber Crime Lab at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Abu Dhabi Police presented the sixth paper entitled “Digital Forensic Lab and Cyber Crime in Abu Dhabi”. Lt. Col. Dr. Nasser Mohammad Al Baker, Director of Postgraduate Studies at the Police College, presented the seventh paper that discussed the topic of developing security skills when dealing with social media. Fatima Al Thani and Zain Al Shamili from the Ministry of Interior of Bahrain, presented the fourth paper entitled “Training as a key element in managing event gatherings: an analytic study of the Formula 1 experience in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”
مؤتمر أكاديميات وكليات الشرطة يناقش التدريب الافتراضي وتطوير الكفاءات
ناقش المؤتمر الدولي الرابع للرابطة الدولية ﻷكاديميات وكليات الشرطة، الذي تنظمه وزارة الداخلية؛ ممثلة في كلية الشرطة، 8 أوراق عمل متخصصة في جلستين؛ عقدتا في فندق انتركونتيننتال بأبوظبي، ركزت على عدد من الموضوعات ذات الصلة بالارتقاء بالمنظومة التدريبية وتطوير الكفاءات.
ترأس الأولى جاستين تشوي، من جمهورية كوريا الجنوبية، وتم خلالها مناقشة أربع أوراق عمل؛ حيث قدم زاهر صباح مدير كلية فلسطين للعلوم الشرطية، بدولة فلسطين، ورقة العمل الأولى حول التجربة الفلسطينية في القيادة والإدارة والشرطة المجتمعية، وتناولت ورقة العمل الثانية، موضوع رفع الحرفية الشرطية من خلال تدريب الشرطة المجتمعية في تنزانيا، قدمها جوزيف موجوري من أكاديمية دار السلام الشرطية في تنزانيا، وقدم الرائد الدكتور منصور ناصر الرزوقي، من مركز التطبيقات الافتراضية بشرطة دبي ورقة العمل الثالثة، بعنوان التدريب الافتراضي بشرطة دبي، وتناولت ورقة العمل الرابعة موضوع الشرطة المجتمعية: رفع مستوى الأمن بأبوظبي من خلال حل المشكلات، قدمها النقيب طارق جمعة الجنيبي من إدارة الشرطة المجتمعية في القيادة العامة لشرطة أبوظبي.
وعقدت جلسة العمل الثانية؛ برئاسة الدكتور فهد الشعلان من جامعة نايف للعلوم الأمنية، تم خلالها عرض ومناقشة أربع أوراق عمل، تناولت ورقة العمل الأولى، (التمكين لإدارة الجريمة ولقيادة شرطية فاعلة)، قدمها الشيخ حمد بن محمد آل خليفة، قائد الأكاديمية الملكية للشرطة في مملكة البحرين الشقيقة.
وقدمت الملازم أول خبير غيداء علي عبدالله من مختبر الأدلة الجنائية والجريمة الإلكترونية، بإدارة التحريات والمباحث الجنائية بشرطة أبوظبي، ورقة العمل الثانية، بعنوان المعمل الجنائي الرقمي والجريمة الإلكترونية بأبوظبي، وتناولت ورقة العمل الثالثة؛ التي قدمها المقدم الدكتور ناصر محمد البكر مدير إدارة الدراسات العليا بكلية الشرطة، موضوع تطوير الكفاءات الأمنية في التعامل مع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وقدمت كل من فاطمة الثاني، وزين الشميلي من وزارة الداخلية في مملكة البحرين الشقيقة، ورقة العمل الرابعة، بعنوان التدريب كعامل أساسي في إدارة فعاليات التجمعات البشرية: دراسة تحليلية لتجربة الفورمولا 1 في مملكة البحرين.
